Policy Statement
ALL7 is committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business. We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct.
Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and other third parties acting on behalf of ALL7
Our Business
We provide after-hours travel support services to travel agencies. Our staff work remotely and we do not manufacture goods or operate high-risk supply chains. As an equal opportunities’ employer, we're committed to creating and ensuring a non-discriminatory and respectful working environment for our staff. We want all our staff to feel confident that they can expose wrongdoing without any risk to themselves. We do not enter into business with any organisation, in the UK or abroad, which knowingly supports or is found to be involved in slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour.
Risk Assessment
Given the nature of our business, the risk of modern slavery is considered low. However, we remain vigilant and expect our suppliers and contractors to share our commitment.
Due Diligence
We:
- Conduct checks on employees and contractors.
- Require compliance with our code of conduct.
Responsibilities
All employees are expected to report any concerns related to modern slavery. Reports can be made confidentially to Jo Leverett.
Training
We provide awareness training during onboarding and periodically to ensure staff understand how to identify and respond to signs of modern slavery.
Monitoring and Review
This policy is reviewed annually and updated as necessary.
